Ringing in the New year with goals & Rest
January is not the time our bodies want to start going to the gym, or make new goals. Or thinking about how we can drastically change our lives. January for our bodies is....rest. A time to allow ourselves to sleep a little more. For me, I fall into the trap of the "resolution" and that is ok. I just have to remind myself that goal setting is wonderful and is equally as important as rest. I live in New England. It's cold here. Like really cold. We have had a doosy of a winter
